Dr. Peterson completed his pre-medical
education from Tulane University in New Orleans and received his Medical Degree
from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. Dr. Peterson's medical
internship and residency were completed at Albany Medical Center. He completed
his fellowship in Cardiology at the University of
Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester. He is Board Certified in Internal
Medicine and Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
His professional interests include clinical cardiology, nuclear cardiology and
cardiac catheterization. He is the medical director of the Nuclear Medicine
laboratory at Cardiology Associates. His interests include skiing, tennis
and golf. He resides in Niskayuna with his wife and two
daughters.
