General Appointment Information

Our offices are open between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

To schedule an appointment, please call the office number of the facility where you want to have your appointment.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call the office at least 24 hours before your appointment so that we can re-schedule the time for another patient. Please be aware that failure to cancel an appointment or not showing up for your scheduled appointment will result in a $25.00 fee.

At Your Appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you may complete and/or update the necessary patient registration information.

You will need to bring your insurance card with you to every appointment. If your insurance company requires a copayment, this will be due at the time of service.

Prescription Renewals

If you need a renewal of your current prescription prescribed for you by our physicians, please call the office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please make sure you call before you are completely out of your medicine.


Our medical staff is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are experiencing chest pain, call 911 and proceed directly to the hospital emergency room.

Patient Portal

Cardiology Associates of Schenectady, P.C. is excited to announce the new patient portal. The portal is a safe and HIPAA compliant method of communicating with your doctor. You can cancel and request appointments, requests lab results, and communicate with your doctor regarding your care. For more information regarding the patient portal, please speak with your doctor during your next visit.

Please do not use the patient portal for medical questions that could be potentially urgent.  These are best handled by phone.
