Dr. Manor earned his Bachelor of Science in both Biology and Chemistry from Lemoyne College in Syracuse, NY where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.  He earned his Medical Degree from the State University of New York Health Center in Syracuse.  He completed his internship and medical residency at the Health Science Center at Syracuse University Hospital.

Dr. Manor is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease, and is Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.  His professional interests include non-invasive imaging and clinical cardiology.
